TCL Outreach – Privacy Policy

TCL Outreach is a relationship management and outreach tool built for local publishers, their teams, and authorized subscribers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

• Account information for team members and subscribers: name, email address, and assigned role within your organization.
• Business and contact records entered by users: business names, contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and outreach activity logs.
• App usage data: sign-in events and session activity, used solely for authentication and access control.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and grant access to their organization's workspace.
• To store and display business contacts, outreach records, and follow-up history within your organization.
• To manage team membership, roles, and subscription status.
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside the core functionality of the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. Data is stored and processed in Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and database services. No data is shared with third parties outside of these infrastructure providers.

Data Retention and Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. To request account deletion, contact us at the email below. All personal data and organization records associated with your account will be permanently removed upon request.

Security

Access to TCL Outreach is controlled via Google Sign-In. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Firebase with access restricted to authorized users within each organization. Organization data is isolated and not accessible across workspaces.

Children's Privacy

TCL Outreach is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
